Production Method

Each shield is produced in small runs using additive manufacturing and finished by hand in our London studio.

This process allows for precise control over form, colour, and consistency while keeping production intentional rather than industrial.

The shield is produced using a contemporary plant-based composite material (PLA).

Our Metallic Shields are made using precision 3D printing, giving them their signature sculptural look. As part of the process, you may notice subtle layer lines, faint seams, or small surface details. These are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique. They do not affect function or quality and are a reflection of the hands-on, small-batch craftsmanship behind every item.
